A look backstage with Sarah Willis
Horns have always been used as instruments for communication. So perhaps it’s not surprising that Sarah Willis not only plays French horn with the Berlin Philharmonic, but also does an outstanding job as a moderator and music educator. In her Backstage series, the Berlin-based musician takes the audience behind the scenes, where she deploys her charming British accent in informal conversations with the evening’s performers – and reveals just how much passion and emotion goes into a concert.
Attendance at the event is exclusively for those attending the subsequent concert. Admission is free of charge, admission is by presenting the ticket for the evening concert.
