Seminar hour at the Alte Oper! When musicologist Dr. Ulrike Kienzle invites guests to the Albert Mangelsdorff Foyer four times a season, before each concert in the Orchestra Premium series, scores are opened and themes compared, musical examples are listened to and in-depth knowledge about works and their genesis is imparted. Upcoming editions will trace the magic of Dvorák's Bohemian landscape, for example, or take a closer look at Mahler's First Symphony.
